Accurate Duration of Workouts

Some of the workout durations are not accurate, especially for leg days. If we were to really do all of the warmup movements, exercises (some with 3+ minutes of rest between sets), treadmill walk and cool down stretches it would easily be close to 2 hours! Some leg days say 1 hr 19 min which I time my rests and everything but I always exceed it!
