Add workouts manually

I often workout with my boyfriend and we follow the GAINSBYBRAINS programme, but sometimes we add some exercises ourselves. I would love to be able to add this workout manually so I can still keep track of my weights and reps for instance when doing these exercises. For instance. The programme says shoulders and arms, but I want to add 1 chest exercise myself. Same goes for the fact that I sometimes can’t do the workout (or alternative options) when the gym is too busy for example. Then I would love a manual option to add my own exercises so I can still track my progress.

Yes, or sometimes I want to do more mobility stuff. There are always the same exercises for warm up. I do others but I want to kind of see them there just to remember what I did last time. And sometimes I believe that workouts are too long. 6 exercises for a 45 min session is not enough time…sometimes I skip doing exercises because I don’t have time and I feel I didn’t worked properly that session

Yesss! It annoys me when the app says “it’s a rest day” and I did a run / class / whatever haha

I second this! I used to use the WeGLOW app and they allow you to manually add or replace any exercise in your program with any exercise in their database, if you need ref I would look at their app. Adding this would allow for much more flexibility and essentially make the gainsbybrains app perfect imo lol. Please!!!
