Automatic weight increased along with meals

Suggestions for the app: allow the app to track your progress, but then to give you a recommended weight that you should be lifting to increase your muscles automatically. If you still cannot lift the weight that’s recommended then the app should be able to adjust to it. It’d be cool if the meals in the app could be adjusted to your macro goals. Such as providing me with food options that are fitting with in the macros. By the way, I love the idea of the habit tracker. I think that’s absolutely amazing and that’s gonna be super helpful. There’s so many habits that I want to do, but I can’t track them and so I love that. This gives me the opportunity to do that. This is the only Fitness app that I use and I absolutely love it so continue to do amazing improvements to it. I feel like anything will be perfect.

Definitely this! I find it difficult to add weights progressively and challenge myself. It would be helpful to have an indication of when I should be increasing weights or what’s a good level to start with
