Insufficient timing or reps
For exercises like split squats - sometimes there’s currently 3 sets. I need a 4th set to do 2 sets each side or I need an extension to the length of time for the exercise to allow for me to complete left and right side for one rep. It’s unclear, and I end up doing left side, restart workout, right side, rest, left side, restart workout, right side, rest, left side, right side, complete workout.
