Please update stretching exercises at the end!!!

Sometimes after a full leg day (hourglass) the programme only says “child pose” and this is simply not enough for me to stretch it all out. Is it possible there could be a more coherent stretching routine at the end of workouts? Mobility is great, stretching could use some update? ❤️

Yes right now it is same for every workout

yeah, especially since the stretching at the end doesn’t consider which muscle group was worked. Sometimes it’s a deep lunge after an upper body day, etc.
