Sophie’s notes per changing phase of programma
In week 12-20 of the advanced Hourglass programme (4 day split). Sometimes the “lower body” workouts have upperbody movements in them, maybe it would be good to have a note once a phase changes about what this phase contains and why you chose to incorporate a certain rep range, upperbody movement when its a leg workout e.g and the global focus of that phase (hypertrophy, accumulation, intensification etc).
