It would be a game changer if we can hit pause on our workout schedule for a week. Just for our girl cycle. Mine lasts a week and am super fatigued. I get discouraged when I take a week off and I can’t stay on schedule, I feel like a skipped. Maybe that’s just a me problem but thought I’d throw it out there!
This would be amazing and saw a comment below about being able to track your period on the app, it would be amazing to be able to sinc your workout plan with your period

Yes! Maybe a feature that allows us to drag and drop workouts in the main weekly timeline to move them to different days of the week
