Workouts of single group of muscles

Also, I’d love more workout options (or filters) with a more specific muscle focus. For example: Leg day – quads only Leg day – glutes + hamstrings (posterior chain) Upper body splits like chest + triceps, or back + biceps, and even shoulders as an optional add-on.
